Fiesta began in 2010 with a belief that institutional meals could be fresh, generous and professionally managed. Formal incorporation followed in 2012, and the same scratch-cooking discipline now supports national canteens and remote mega-projects.
01 What this means in practice
Founder Angesom Kidane established the first kitchen culture and secured early corporate, industrial and diplomatic assignments. Those programs proved that Ethiopian hospitality could meet demanding contract-service expectations.
Railway camps, telecom workplaces and geothermal projects expanded Fiesta's operating footprint. Teams served up to 12,000 meals daily across remote base camps while adding housekeeping and laundry.
Fiesta now brings food service, facilities, remote life support and consulting together within Fiesta Business Group, serving Ethiopian and international organizations.
